You’ll own everything from onboarding new clients to ensuring timely invoicing, payments, retention, and communication. If you’re hungry, smart, emotionally intelligent, and looking to grow with a rising performance marketing powerhouse, we’re looking for you. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Relationship Management Welcome new clients, ensure smooth onboarding & kick-off Build long-term trust with clients through regular check-ins Act as the point-of-contact for client feedback, queries, escalations Business Coordination & Communication Coordinate between internal media buying, creative, and tech teams to ensure client deliverables Proactively communicate status updates, results, and next steps Billing & Payment Operations Create & send monthly invoices Follow up on pending payments without being pushy Maintain organized records of transactions and outstanding dues Retention & Growth Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Monitor client satisfaction, flag churn risks, and act accordingly ✅ What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a client-facing or BD/account management role Excellent written and spoken English communication Proficiency in using tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive, and invoicing software Emotionally mature and high on ownership Can handle pressure and communicate with clients respectfully, even during escalations Strong follow-up and documentation skills Ability to speak on behalf of the company like a founder Preferred: Prior experience in a digital marketing agency Knowledge of Meta ads, CPL billing, affiliate networks, or Nutra verticals Experience handling international clients (especially India & UAE-based) 💡 We Love People Who Are Loyal and consistent – not job-hoppers Obsessed with systems and clarity Sharp listeners and clear communicators Proactive and self-managed — don’t need babysitting Highly accountable, no matter what 📈 Growth Path This role is designed to evolve.
