Key Skills with Levels:

  • 7+ years of experience with A/B Test setup and Development [Front End] in Adobe Target
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target, including campaign setup, audience creation, audience segmentation and profile management
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript and DOM manipulation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical challenges.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design concepts, visual elements, and responsive design best practices.
  • Experience with Git for code management and reusability
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Figma, or similar design tools to interpret visual designs.
  • Knowledge on React JS (not mandatory, good to have)

Educational Background:

  • BE or B.Tech or Masters or Graduate In Computer Science

Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in Adobe Target A/B Test setup and development
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to understand the client's requirements
  • Ready to work in rotational shift including night shift
  • Intermediate reporting and presentation skills

Job Description:

  • Set-up A/B tests in Adobe Target and develop them using Front End Technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Work on campaign setup, audience creation, audience segmentation and profile management
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
