Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications- Collaborating with clients to develop and execute business process modeling and system integration strategies- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance client service delivery- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of new technologies- Managing systems project management tasks to align with client objectives and timelines- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations- Engaging in technical consultation to support the implementation of innovative design solutions- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality outcomes- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration.
• Proven expertise with Workfront APIs and Workfront Fusion for automation and integration use cases.
• Solid understanding of project, program, resource, and enterprise work-management concepts
  - Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
• Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, Jira, ServiceNow, CRM systems, or other enterprise applications.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud integration platforms, or middleware solutions.
  - Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities and client satisfaction- Implementing technology solutions that drive business process improvements- Excelling in analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic decisions- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications- Implementing technology solutions in a client-focused environment- Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
