As an Adobe CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) professional with over 3 years of experience, your role will involve hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to build analytics dashboards, manage data connections, and drive insights across customer journeys and digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). - Integrate CJA with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for unified data analysis. - Develop reports and dashboards for multi-channel customer journeys. - Collaborate with data engineers and marketing teams to ensure accurate data pipelines and schema design. - Perform advanced analysis to identify user behavior patterns and optimize customer experiences. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on CJA findings. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience with Adobe CJA / AEP. - Strong understanding of data modeling, identity stitching, and event datasets. - Hands-on experience with Report Builder, Workspace, and data views. - Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations would be beneficial. - Excellent analytical, visualization, and storytelling skills. Additional Details: It would be advantageous if you are an Adobe Certified Expert in Customer Journey Analytics or AEP. Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI would also be a plus. Exposure to data governance and privacy compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA can further enhance your profile for this role.,
