Job Description - Adobe Campaign Developer

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Developer to design, develop, and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) or Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS). The candidate will work closely with marketing, business, and technical teams to deliver personalized customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
  • Design and implement workflows, schemas, forms, JavaScript, and campaign templates.
  • Create and manage target audiences, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Build and optimize email, SMS, push notification, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Perform data integration with CRM, CDP, ERP, and third-party systems.
  • Develop SQL queries for audience extraction and campaign reporting.
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure campaign performance, data quality, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with

    Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC)

    or

    Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)

    .
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, workflows, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in

    SQL

    , data modeling, and database concepts.
  • Experience with

    JavaScript

    , HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, monitoring, and campaign optimization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

    .
  • Exposure to

    Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

    .
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP).
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
