Description
As a Senior Consultant - Adobe Campaign Classic at MARICI Solutions, your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving end-to-end campaign management, and seamlessly integrating Adobe Campaign Classic with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementations of Adobe Campaign Classic projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support - Architect campaign solutions, including data schema design, workflow orchestration, and campaign logic - Design personalized and dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail - Build and optimize complex workflows, targeting queries, and campaign execution pipelines - Define and enforce best practices for campaign configuration, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies - Conduct A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and deliver optimization recommendations - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with CRM, web services, APIs, and external data sources - Develop custom scripts and logic using SQL and JavaScript to meet advanced campaign requirements - Ensure smooth handling of ETL processes, data imports/exports, and large-scale data management - Collaborate with marketing, business, and IT stakeholders to translate business objectives into Adobe Campaign solutions - Provide technical consulting, training, and best practice guidance to clients and internal teams - Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and promote knowledge-sharing within the team Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (v6/v7) with expertise in implementation and support - Strong understanding of campaign management & orchestration, data schema design & extension, workflow configuration & automation, and multi-channel marketing campaign execution - Solid programming and integration skills in SQL (queries, joins, performance optimization), JavaScript (scripting for workflow customization), and SOAP/REST Web Services (API integrations) - Proven ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance - Strong client interaction skills with experience in requirement gathering, solution presentation, and delivery management - Prior experience in an onshore-offshore model and working in an agile environment is an advantage Preferred Qualifications: - Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign Classic (Developer/Architect/Business Practitioner) - Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Target) is a plus - Knowledge of cloud-based marketing automation platforms and data warehousing concepts - Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and compliance frameworks related to campaign management MARICI Solutions is dedicated to delivering excellence across every client engagement by combining innovation, technology, and domain expertise to solve complex business challenges and accelerate growth for clients.
