Key Responsibilities: Training & Development Conduct induction training for new hires on: Motor insurance (private car & two-wheeler) Life insurance/Health insurance basics and products Insurance terminology, policy structures, and coverage Design and deliver refresher and advanced training programs. Create training materials, presentations, scripts, FAQs, and assessments. Sales & Process Training Train agents on outbound and inbound insurance sales processes. Coach agents on objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques. Train agents on CRM usage, lead management, and call flow. Quality & Performance Improvement Monitor live calls and recorded calls for quality evaluation. Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective training plans. Compliance & Ethics Ensure agents follow IRDAI guidelines and company compliance standards. Train agents on ethical selling, disclosures, and customer consent. Reduce mis-selling and policy cancellations through effective training. Reporting & Coordination Track training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion, quality score, TAT). Share training reports with management. Coordinate with operations, QA, and sales leadership teams.
