In this role as a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in guiding students globally towards shaping their future and career paths. Your primary responsibility will involve providing accurate and comprehensive information regarding various career options and educational opportunities available in universities and institutions worldwide. By leveraging your expertise, you will assist students in making well-informed decisions based on their backgrounds and aspirations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide detailed information about universities and courses on a country-specific basis, empowering students to make informed choices that align with their goals. - Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to enhance student inquiries and walk-ins, thereby contributing to the achievement of individual and branch goals. - Engage with the Marketing team to develop impactful strategies that raise awareness, garner interest, and promote foreign education within the branch or location. - Maintain accurate records by entering relevant data into the MIS system, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement with students to offer necessary support and aid in decision-making by senior management. - Assist in processing student references from branch associates and coordinate with university representatives for seamless fund transfers, visa processing, and travel/stay arrangements related to admissions. - Uphold the Global Reach Brand by actively engaging with students and striving to maintain high customer satisfaction scores. - Participate in meetings, seminars, and workshops held by Global Reach or its partners/associates, both in India and abroad, as per organizational requirements. - Collaborate with colleagues through various communication channels such as emails, online meetings, webinars, and personal interactions to facilitate training sessions and other activities in the base branch or other locations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in B2B interactions for a minimum of 3 years is preferred. - Proficiency in Tulu/Konkani languages is advantageous.
