Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to relevant personnel Handle correspondence, emails, and faxes Maintain accurate records and databases Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for staff members Provide general administrative support to the team Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager/Administrator Should have Driving license Office timing: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 11/06/2025
