Administrative Support + Front Desk Receptionist Immediate Joiner (Only Female) Preferred ✨ Location : Delhi/NCR Role Overview: Provide a dual role focused on front desk reception and supporting administrative functions. This position requires a professional and organized individual to manage visitor interactions, calls, and office support tasks while ensuring smooth daily administrative operations and coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Reception Management Greet and help visitors and clients politely and professionally Answer and route incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages and handling basic inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area that reflects a positive company image. Receive and manage all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages. • Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security and access protocols. • Act as the face of the organization for walk-ins, ensuring a consistent and high-quality front office experience. Administrative & Office Support Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, filing, and internal correspondence. Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for internal teams. Assist in travel coordination, including bookings, itineraries, and post-travel expense reporting. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; liaise with vendors for procurement and office upkeep. Support office maintenance and facility needs in coordination with team members and management. Additional Support Functions Provide administrative assistance for HR activities. Assist in budgeting, cash flow statements, and expense tracking as required. • Maintain and update internal documentation and confidential employee or business records. What You Bring: Educational Qualification: B.A is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with administrative responsibilities. • Preferably with prior experience in administration within a mid-sized IT or consulting services company. Skills and Abilities: Maintaining an orderly workspace, managing files and records, and effectively managing schedules and calendars. Ability to keep documents and data well organized. Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with an enthusiastic and passionate approach. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Possessing strong business acumen, with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, with a keen eye for detail. • Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
