Job Description

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project managers and staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

Document Management: Maintain and manage documents, including contracts, invoices, and project files.

Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, travel, and conferences for team members.

Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Invoicing and Payments: Send out invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, including invoices, payroll, and project files

Marketing support: Coordinate with marketing agencies and ensure scheduled marketing activities are performed by them

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
