Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Manage purchase activities including vendor follow-ups, quotations, and purchase order (PO) preparation and signing.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, office supplies, and services as per company requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and payment status.
  • Liaise with departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
  • Support management in documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred). Freshers are ok
  • Smart, active, and organized with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email correspondence).
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
