Job Description

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Female Centre Admin to join our dynamic team.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services.
Experience in handling NABH, JCI, or similar accreditation processes.
Implement patient retention and loyalty programs.
Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements.

Education: UG or PG

Experience: 3years+

Salary: 20K to 40K with attractive Incentives
