Admin cum Telecaller Female Candidate

Key Responsibilities:Admin Tasks:

• Managing daily office operations and client records
• Handling emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining database
• Coordinating with marketing and sales team for smooth operations
• Assisting in workshop/webinar registrations, invoices, and feedback collection

Telecalling Tasks:

• Making outbound calls to leads and converting them into clients or participants
• Answering inbound calls and resolving queries professionally
• Following up with prospects via WhatsApp, calls, or emails
• Maintaining call records, updating CRM regularly
• Promoting courses, workshops, and consulting services

Who We’re Looking For:

• Female candidate, confident in communication and appearance
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin/telecalling roles
• Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel, Social Media Platform must.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Presentable, punctual, and enthusiastic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
