Admin cum Academic counselor

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and coordination of workflows.
• Ensure all organizational policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents regarding courses, career options, and academic goals.
• Assess student needs and recommend appropriate programs.
• Provide ongoing support to enrolled students and address their concerns.
• Maintain follow-up processes to convert leads into admissions.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all programs, fees, and policies.
• Maintain admission records, inquiry reports, and follow-up trackers.
• Oversee fee collection, receipts, and financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in counseling, sales, or administration—preferably in the education sector.
• Basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,036.29 - ₹25,546.28 per month
