About the Job We are looking for talented advocate to join us on full-time basis. We have two vacancies: vacancy for experienced Advocate (Having minimum 03 years of experience or more). Description of the Work Selected advocate will have to perform full spectrum of litigation activities, including but not limited to drafting documentation, Court appearances, arguments, mentioning of Court cases, etc. This list is inclusive and not exhaustive. Eligibility The candidates should have knowledge of drafting and filing of Suits, Writ Petitions, Criminal Complaints and more. Qualified and talented Advocate having good knowledge of legal drafting and research. Candidates should have good ability to read and understand case papers. They should have a strong ability to use legal research engines like SCC Online and Manupatra. A good command over English and proper grammar while drafting is a necessity to be upheld by the Candidates should be capable of handling the entire portfolio of cases handled by our firm and be good in client communication and coordination. Numerous other tasks which will be assigned on a daily basis pertaining to office work. Office Timings 10 am to 7 pm sharp. Candidates should report on time and be permitted to leave office on time. 2nd and 4th Saturday will be given as an off in addition to Sundays. Candidates will be entitled to 15 days paid leave per year. This paid leave will be taken at one paid leave per month for the first nine months of the service year and the balance three months can be taken as two paid leaves per month. Candidates should be punctual, disciplined and hardworking at all time.

Task for two to three Months Legal Drafting and Research and Study of Client Case Drafting of Suits, Writ Petitions, Criminal Complaints and Writing articles on legal topics of contemporary Keeping track of the latest judgments of the Supreme Court and High courts having bearing on our areas of practice Working on legal research and analysis of case Working on legal articles, publications, and writing Writing legal representations to public authorities on issues of major importance and following up for necessary action Participating in public hearings conducted by statutory Drafting and Filing RTI Applications in various public authorities situated in Lucknow City and visiting their offices to collect 10 Writing legal representations to the Government of India on Policy Task for One Month Intern Research and Study of Client Case Writing articles on legal topics of contemporary Keeping track of the latest judgments of the Supreme Court and High courts having bearing on our areas of practice Working on legal research and analysis of case Working on legal articles, publications, and writing Writing legal representations to the Government of India on Eligibility: Only law students pursuing a five-year or three-year course from any recognized institution across India (any year) with relevant skills are eligible to apply Good command of written/spoken English is a pre- A good command over English and proper grammar while drafting is a necessity to be upheld by the candidates Candidates having any prior experience or certified course in legal drafting will be utmost preferred
