Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive Admin Cum Facility Position Type: Off-roll/ Contractual role Location : Chembur Experience : Min. 1.5 or 2 years Working days: 6 days Preference : Male candidate with immediate joining Job Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office infrastructure, vendor coordination, compliance, and data management. Supports strategic planning and execution of FM initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service quality. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (fire safety, waste management, etc.). Maintain accurate records of facility expenses, asset inventory, and service logs. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Support space planning, office moves, and infrastructure upgrades. Handle internal stakeholder requests and ensure timely resolution. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Managing office supplies and inventory Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and facility management software. Good communication and vendor negotiation skills. Knowledge of compliance and safety standards. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Facility Management certification will be add on). 2-3 years of experience in facility operations or administration.
