Job Description / Role & Responsibilities: Vendor registration with Government, PSU, and Private sector companies. Lead generation for membrane products on a Pan-India basis through online portals and cold calling. Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams for timely issue resolution. Provide accurate information related to products, services, and technical offerings. Maintain customer interaction records, complaints, and feedback in CRM systems. Support sales and operations teams with documentation and customer communication. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Education / Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (preferably Water Treatment / Environmental / Chemical Engineering or related field). Desired Candidate Profile Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving ability. Basic technical understanding with willingness to learn. Proficient in email communication, MS Office, and CRM tools. Good coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred / Good-to-Have: Experience in B2B customer service or technical support. Exposure to water treatment systems, membranes, or industrial products. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems. Job Description : We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth across India. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, pre- and post-sales support , coordination with internal teams, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding of water treatment systems, and a willingness to travel.
