Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems including HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, fire alarm systems, and lifts. Conduct routine inspections of the premises and systems to identify and resolve issues. Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and implement corrective actions. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, checklists, AMC reports, and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to address facility-related needs. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables. Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within the facility. Prepare periodic reports on facility performance, breakdown analysis, and improvement plans. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and control panels. Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions in a timely manner. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment. Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematics. Ensure all electrical work complies with company and safety standards. Assist in commissioning new machines and equipment. Maintain logs of maintenance work and report any issues to supervisors. Support the engineering team in improving electrical reliability and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field. Relevant experience in electrical maintenance or industrial installation.
