Facility Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility Executive to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of building facilities and infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience in technical maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility management services to ensure optimal functioning of all assets and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems including HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, fire alarm systems, and lifts. Conduct routine inspections of the premises and systems to identify and resolve issues. Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and implement corrective actions. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, checklists, AMC reports, and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to address facility-related needs. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables. Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within the facility. Prepare periodic reports on facility performance, breakdown analysis, and improvement plans.
