Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Land Team for Cement Business team in HO, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a total of 7 to 12 years of experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in Land Acquisition and Land Management. Experience in Cement Industry is preferred but not mandatory, and open to candidates with experience in Thermal, Coal Mining and other infrastructure business which involve land acquisition (not merely leasing) at a big scale. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring land acquisition across multiple regional sites and in resolution of Land issues acting as a support function to the Cement Business. Roles and Responsibilities Monitor land acquisition across multiple sites and in coordination with regional teams Knowledge and experience in Private Land Acquisition, Govt Land Allotment, Forest Land Acquisition, Private Land Acquisition via LARR Assistance in resolution of land issues at multiple sites include litigation wrt title, encroachments, ceiling limit exemptions, NA etc. Prepare periodic MIS to exhibit acquisition progress, issue resolution Familiarity with revenue documentation Collation and Verification of Title Search Documents etc with support of Legal Team Stakeholder management with Land Aggregators, Regional Land Teams, Business Development Team, Legal Team, Project Team, Finance Team wrt Land Acquisition progress and land issues resolution Support Regional Team in Mutation, collection of original Sale Deeds, Coordination with Finance Team for Fund Release, CAPEX Budgeting Site visits to regional land acquisition sites to monitor acquisition progress and support in resolution of land issues Co-ordinate with Land Aggregator and Regional Land Team for private land acquisition as per the business requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy tailored to Adani Cement’s operational and technological landscape, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overarching security framework. Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks across IT and OT environments, including cement manufacturing plants, grinding units, and ready-mix concrete facilities. Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data. Oversee the deployment and management of advanced security technologies, including intrusion detection systems, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms. Collaborate with the Group CISO and other business units to ensure alignment with Adani Group’s cybersecurity objectives and compliance with global and local regulatory requirements. Drive incident response and recovery efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to best practices in crisis management. Proven track record in managing cybersecurity for large-scale, multi-location operations, including IT and OT environments.
