You will be responsible for reading from the drawing and BOQ and projecting a cost estimate with respect to interior fit-outs package. You will be responsible for following up with the vendors for on time material delivery to meet project deliverables. The Project Manager (INTERIOR FITOUT) position entails overseeing and managing all aspects of interior fit-out projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality interior spaces that meet client specifications and standards. You will manage and supervise all stages of interior fit-out projects, develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure compliance with schedules and financial constraints. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project workflow, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, and addressing any arising issues promptly are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle, communicating project updates to stakeholders, and identifying and managing project risks are key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs or related construction projects. A proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications, and holding a PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
