As a Platforms Manager at S&C GN-CFO&EV, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and delivering Oracle Cloud & EBS (on-premises) engagements, understanding client business processes, pain points, solution options, and organization structure. - Driving and building sales pipeline, including Business Development and Proposals, with a focus on digital finance technologies. - Leading the creation of business cases for Oracle design to implementation projects. - Driving continuous improvement capability in methodology, tools, best practices, and maturity. Your qualifications should include: - MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school, CA or CPA qualification. - Deep knowledge and experience in Finance and Controlling Org structure and design, Oracle Implementation and rollout principles, roadmap, and business case definition. - Ability to work independently, lead global teams, with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and other Oracle applications. - At least 8 years of consulting experience in a big4 or similar firms, with extensive GTM/Presales and proposal writing experience. - Experience as an overall solution architect or cross-functional lead for finance workstreams in Finance Transformation projects involving Oracle Cloud applications. - Strong business process knowledge related to core finance modules in Oracle, along with Reporting and Dashboards capabilities. - Programme management experience with a successful delivery track record of large, complex programs in a dynamic environment. - Proven ability in identifying opportunities by cultivating existing relationships and expanding networks.
