Role Overview: As an SAP ISU EDM Consultant at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work on energy data management implementation projects, leveraging your expertise in Smart Metering, technical master data creation, and device business process flow. You will play a crucial role in delivering impactful solutions to clients in the Utilities sector, contributing to large-scale transformational change. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Energy Data Management implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including project planning, scoping, blueprinting, realization, data mapping, conversion, integration, and user acceptance testing - Demonstrate extensive functional knowledge in areas such as profile type/category, Season/Day/Time of use group, recording of energy data in profile, and unit of measurement - Understand clients" business needs, propose appropriate consultancy offerings, and actively participate in the delivery team - Utilize your expertise in Utilities retail and customer services process & domain, CRM platforms like SAP C4C/Salesforce/Oracle CX, and CRM integration with Utilities systems - Contribute to at least 2 SAP IS-U implementation projects in Utilities, showcasing strong knowledge of Utility sector processes and requirements Qualifications Required: - 3-10 years of experience in Energy Data Management implementation projects - Knowledge of Smart Metering, technical master data creation, and device business process flow - Experience in profile type/category, Season/Day/Time of use group, recording of energy data in profile, unit of measurement, etc. - Familiarity with Utilities retail and customer services process & domain expertise - Expertise in CRM platforms such as SAP C4C/Salesforce/Oracle CX and CRM integration with Utilities systems - Advantageous to have CRM certification (Salesforce/SAP CRM/Oracle CX) In addition to the job role, Accenture is a leading global professional services company that provides services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
