Role Overview: You will be a Functional Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, joining the team to provide analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to help clients achieve growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering. - Provide expert insights on client challenges in the SAP BRIM landscape throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues promptly with problem-solving skills. - Deliver effective presentations and communication. - Act as an SAP functional consultant, proposing end-to-end solutions for request for proposal requests. - Engage with clients to understand requirements, define solutions, articulate benefits, and develop a roadmap for objectives achievement. - Create innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings. - Support business development initiatives by collaborating on proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and defining delivery approaches for SAP transformations. - Oversee ERP integrations and develop proof of concepts as needed. - Apply strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of overall experience, with 2-3 years specifically on SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) in SAP delivery engagements. - Proficiency in SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) with a strong understanding of concepts and principles. - Ability to advise clients on BRIM processes following industry best practices. - Collaboration with client teams, including order-management, finance, and operations, for seamless execution. - Utilize SAP BRIM platforms to manage and optimize subscription processes. - Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide training to client sales teams on order creation best practices. - Ensure documentation and tracking of all client sales activities in the system. - Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.
