Job Title: Store Manager Location: Bangalore Business: Ackross – Multi-Brand Retail Stores Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead operations at our retail stores in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store teams, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining strong operational and visual standards. Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Sales Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning Drive sales targets, productivity, and store profitability Monitor KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall Team Management Lead, train, motivate, and manage store staff Ensure effective rostering, attendance, and performance management Foster a customer-first and performance-driven culture Customer Experience Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service Handle customer feedback, escalations, and resolution effectively Build repeat business through strong in-store engagement Inventory & Merchandising Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and shrinkage control Ensure VM guidelines are followed and stores are visually appealing Coordinate with HO on stock planning and store requirements Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and audit requirements Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance standards Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in men’s apparel brands such as Raymond , Arvind , Van Heusen , Louis Philippe , or Allen Solly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Sound understanding of retail metrics and inventory management Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding retail brand Performance-driven culture with learning and growth opportunities Competitive compensation aligned with experience How to Apply Interested candidates may share their CV at careers@ackross.com
