ACI (Network Engineer)

As a DC ACI NCE with 6+ years of industry experience, your role will involve working onsite with customers in Navi Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience in ACI for at least 2 years. - Overall 3+ years of experience in Data Center operations. - Good understanding of Nexus topology. - Thorough understanding of ACI concepts, including packet flow, ACI Multipod, multisite, Standalone, Remote leaf, L4 & L7 integration, Routing & Switching, and troubleshooting ACI & Nexus issues. - Basic knowledge of ACI & Nexus hardware, Firewall, load balancer & NSOX. - Ability to explain technical issues to clients in a simple language and act as a bridge & Trusted advisor between all parties. - Following escalation matrix in a timely manner and gaining the confidence of the customer. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including day and night.
