We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly analytical Technology Strategist to help shape our long-term technology vision, align innovation with business goals, and guide strategic initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation—supporting executive decision-making with data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and emerging tech trends. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and evaluate new technologies, optimize tech investments, and ensure the scalability and competitiveness of our tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy Development Define and refine the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business Support innovation planning, roadmap development, and tech portfolio evaluation Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and disruptive technologies Deliver insights and briefings to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions Benchmark internal capabilities against market leaders and identify gaps Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to align technical priorities Facilitate alignment between short-term execution and long-term innovation goals Support M&A, partnership, and vendor evaluation processes with technical insights Tech Portfolio & Investment Optimization Evaluate ROI and risk for key technology initiatives and investments Support resource allocation decisions for R&D, platform upgrades, and infrastructure Lead business case development for new tech initiatives or transformations Governance & Risk Management Help define tech governance models, architecture principles, and standards Advise on regulatory, privacy, and security implications of technology decisions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (MBA or technical master’s preferred) 5–10 years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, tech consulting, or related fields Deep understanding of enterprise technology stacks, software development, cloud platforms, and digital transformation Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to break down complex problems and synthesize actionable insights Experience presenting to and influencing senior/executive-level stakeholders Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-growth tech company, innovation lab, or top-tier consulting firm Familiarity with AI/ML, cybersecurity, data platforms, or emerging technologies Background in product strategy or digital transformation programs Strong financial acumen, including experience with ROI modeling and tech budgeting What We Offer: A leadership seat at the table shaping our future tech direction Flexible work arrangements, including remote/hybrid options Competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and equity (if applicable) Learning and development stipend A collaborative and forward-thinking team culture How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a cover letter outlining your strategic approach to technology leadership.
