We are a well-established automotive components manufacturing company based in Bangalore, equipped with a modern facility that includes forging presses, CNC turning centres, heat treatment equipment, grinding SPMs, and welding machines . As part of our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to strengthen our shopfloor operations team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine Maintenance Conduct preventive and routine maintenance of all shopfloor equipment. Perform troubleshooting and repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations. Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime. 2. Breakdown Management Respond swiftly to machine breakdowns and diagnose root causes. Prioritize urgent repair tasks and reduce machine downtime. Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and spare part usage. Monitor and manage spares and consumables cost-effectively. 3. Reliability Metrics (MTTR & MTBF) Track and analyze Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) . Implement strategies to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF. Drive predictive and preventive maintenance techniques. 4. Safety & Compliance Adhere to and enforce workplace safety regulations and standards. Conduct risk assessments and introduce safety improvements. Train operators on safe machine handling and basic maintenance. 5. Continuous Improvement Identify improvement opportunities for machine reliability and shopfloor productivity. Propose machinery upgrades or changes to optimize operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute improvement projects. 6. Documentation Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and service records. Update machine manuals and technical documentation as needed. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience in an automotive or heavy manufacturing environment . Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems . Hands-on exposure to CNC machines, forging presses, welding equipment , and heat treatment machinery . Ability to work independently and in a team under high-pressure situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles will be an added advantage. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Transactions (Using TALLY): Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and promptly. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. 2. General Ledger Management (Using TALLY): Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of transactions. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting (Using MS Excel): Collaborate with the finance team to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions. 4. Financial Reporting (Using MS Excel and PowerPoint): Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial data to management and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 5. Tax Compliance: Assist in tax-related matters, including GST, TDS, and income tax. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Liaise with external auditors during tax audits. 6. Vendor and Customer Relations: Work closely with vendors to resolve payment-related issues and maintain positive relationships. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer billing inquiries. Ensure timely collections and payments from customers. 7. Financial Controls: Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Participate in internal audits and address audit findings. Monitor adherence to financial policies and procedures. Maintain financial security and secure financial information by completing database backups. Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential. 8. Cash Management: Manage petty cash and monitor cash flow. Optimize working capital by balancing payables and receivables. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software (TALLY), and Microsoft tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Must reside in or near Doddaballapur. Female candidates preferred Good command of English is essential.
