Key Responsibilities: Labour Law Compliance Managing & Monitoring: Manage & Monitor labour law compliance to clients. The activity includes: obtain registration from various locations across India. Preparation of periodical registers for various states and clients Preparation & submission of periodical returns for various states and clients Handle inspections from labour department and closing of notices Conduct audits (for vendors and principal employers) Represent and handle audits for clients as an auditee and ensure 100% compliance score Liaison with various government departments such as labour department, employment exchange, department of factories and boilers, labour welfare department, professional tax department, pollution control department, etc. Ensure 100% compliance to clients. Handle client meetings. Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular internal audits to identify non-compliance issues. Maintain documentation for all compliance activities and prepare compliance reports for senior management. Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions for HR, managers, and staff on labor law compliance and legal risks. Promote awareness of employee rights and employer obligations. Government Liaison & Documentation: Coordinate with labor law authorities during inspections, audits, or inquiries. Ensure timely submission of mandatory filings, licenses, and statutory returns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Preferably BSW, MSW, B.Com, MBA (Human Resources). 3–5 years of experience in labour law compliance, employment law, or HR compliance roles. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations. Experience working with labour authorities Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements related to labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion. Salary: · Based on the experience and subject knowledge, Maximum up to CTC of 40,000/-

Job Summary: The Compliance Executive is responsible for maintaining all required activities under Labour Law Compliances including coordination with the Labour Department and other government authorities to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. The role involves handling inspections, securing approvals, filing statutory returns, and addressing issues related to workforce compliance and industrial relations. Key Responsibilities: Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the Labour Department. Facilitate inspections, audits, and visits by labour officials. Follow up on registrations approvals, renewals, and compliance clearances from labour authorities. Labour Law Compliance Support: Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, forms, and returns under applicable labour laws (e.g., CLRA, Shops and Establishment Act, Factories Act, ESIC, EPF, etc.). Documentation & Filing: Maintain updated records of all correspondence with the Labour Department. Prepare and maintain documentation required during inspections and audits. Coordinate with internal HR and compliance teams to collect and verify statutory documentation. Qualifications: Under graduate, Bachelor’s degree. 0–3 years of relevant experience Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
