Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments).
  • Support in preparing and maintaining vouchers, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Help in reconciling bank accounts and ledger accounts.
  • Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting-related tasks.
  • Learn and work on accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, or others).
  • Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
