Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist with a good written and verbal command in English. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any billing issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer queries
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues related to accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
