Accounts Payable Executive in Gurgaon

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices along with complete documentation. Your key tasks will include matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, reconciling vendor statements, and efficiently resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining records, preparing reports such as vendor ageing reports, and coordinating with vendors for follow-ups and necessary documentation. Your support during month-end closing and audit activities will be essential for the smooth functioning of the finance department. To excel in this position, you are required to hold a B.Com or MBA degree or an equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel is a must, and you should be able to showcase strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Previous experience in a service-based or SME environment would be considered a significant advantage.
