Job Description

Location: Thrissur, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Experience Required: Min 10 experience in Hotels & Resorts (Hospitality) Age Preference: 35 to 40 years Software Proficiency: Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor coordination and reconciliation. Tax Compliance: Process and monitor credit notes and debit notes efficiently; handle statutory filings such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data. Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to streamline financial operations. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records for vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies. Financial Insights: Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
