Job Description

**URGENT REQUIREMENT**

1. Accounts & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle purchase bills, sales invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors and prepare documents for audits.
Prepare reports related to expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.

2. Human Resources (HR)

Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
Process monthly payroll, salary slips, and employee salary records.
Handle employee joining, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements.
Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee performance records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.

3. General Administration

Maintain confidential company and employee records.
Coordinate with management, employees, vendors, and external agencies.
Ensure timely completion of accounting and HR tasks.
Support management with reports and administrative activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
