Job Description

1. Human Resources & Payroll

Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Payroll & Benefits: Assist with monthly payroll processing, expense tracking, and benefits administration.
Attendance & Leave: Track daily attendance, manage leave records, and resolve employee queries.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations like PF, ESI, PT, and TDS. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

2. Accounts & Finance Support

Bookkeeping & Entries: Maintain purchase and sales entries, expense tracking, reimbursements, and general ledger updates.
Invoices & Billing: Handle vendor bill booking, customer invoicing, and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and vendor/ledger reconciliations.
Tax & Audit Support: Assist with GST documentation, TDS calculations, and support internal or statutory audits. [1]

3. General Administration

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
