1Job description Job Description: Position: Account Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Gender: Male Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: B.Com Industry: Industrial, Commercial, and Infrastructure Projects Key Responsibilities: Data entry of purchase invoices and maintenance of purchase records Preparation of bank reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis Ledger reconciliation of vendors, customers, and general ledger accounts Posting of journal vouchers and day-to-day accounting entries Handling of TDS entries, deductions, and preparation of TDS returns Working knowledge of GST, including input credit tracking, invoice matching, and preparation of GST returns Coordination with internal teams and statutory auditors Ensuring all accounting activities comply with statutory and company requirements Required Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) Good understanding of accounting principles Knowledge of TDS and GST regulations and compliance procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently Good communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Location:Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,699.90 - ₹28,868.55 per month Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Taxation: 2 years (Required) total work: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Tally (Required) Work Location: In person
