Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and billing.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Assist in GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory records.
• Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly closing, reports, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related matters.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
