Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations, and monthly reports for our manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain daily accounting entries in or other accounting.
· Prepare sales and purchase invoices and maintain, and ledger entries.
· Verify vendor bills, coordinate payments, and follow up on customer outstanding amounts.
· Assist with GST returns, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and TDS compliance.
· Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly MIS reports.
· Support CA report and month-end closing.
· Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Stores, and Production departments.
· Should handle purchase, PO ,office stationery,
Required Skills
· 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
· Working knowledge of MS Excel;
· Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
