We are growing rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and ledger maintenance. Maintain accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment cycles. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, purchase orders, and vendor payments. Assist in monthly and quarterly closing activities and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and other tax filings. Work on Tally for accounting and bookkeeping. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for account-related queries. Support external audits and maintain proper documentation. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP & Prime, MS Excel. Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
