Job Roles & Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable and Receivable:Managing the flow of payments both to vendors and from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

· Bookkeeping:Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

· Financial Record Keeping:Ensuring all financial records are organized, accurate, and up-to-date, and maintaining a system for easy access and retrieval.

· Invoicing:Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring timely billing and payment collection.

· Bank Reconciliation:Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

· Financial Reporting:Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses, providing relevant data for management and decision-making.

· Data Entry:Precisely entering financial data into accounting software and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

· Discrepancy Resolution:Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Support:Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed, assisting with various accounting tasks.

· Handling petty cash & all kind admin work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
