Company: Shree Satguru Enterprises Job Title: Accounts Lead Department: Accounts & Sales Support Work Location: JC Road, Bangalore Work Schedule: 6 days a week Cab Facility: Not available CTC: ₹3,84,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets). Ensure reports are accurate and provide financial insights. Create and submit monthly MIS reports summarizing financial and sales data. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. Oversee timely month-end closings and ensure book accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Review accounting entries for accuracy and control. Supervise junior accounting staff and guide them on daily operations. Assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion. We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong reporting skills and leadership qualities.
