Job Description

Location:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, and Income Tax. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely entries of all petty cash transactions.
Create purchase indents in Tally for stock items and new ledger creation.
Verify and input data for stock items and ledger creation in Tally.
Prepare and process purchase orders for both domestic and import transactions.
Enter and manage purchase invoices and administrative expenses in Tally.
Categorize and record all admin and expense-related invoices accurately.
Maintain and update travel-related data for management records.
Record all income related to canteen and other facilities.
Verify GSTR-2B data and ensure timely collection of all pending invoices.
Maintain proper records of all invoices for easy retrieval during audits or reviews.
Handle and record all debit notes related to purchases.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic accounting tools.
Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.

LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERRED.
