Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related qualification

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Bytize is a growing SaaS company providing POS & ERP solutions for restaurants and retail businesses through PosBytz.

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting activities
• Recording and maintaining financial transactions
• Preparing invoices, bills, receipts and payment entries
• Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with bank reconciliation
• Supporting GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
• Maintaining accounting records and documentation
• Preparing basic reports using Excel/accounting software
• Supporting month-end closing and audit requirements
• Ensuring accuracy in accounting entries and records

Key requirements:

• 2–6 Months of experience working in a Chartered Accountant firm.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and maintaining ledgers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
• B.Com / M.Com graduates preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
