Designation: Accountant Cum Documentation Executive– Skill Development Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and billing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow records.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Documentation:

• Prepare and manage business-Admission related documents
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers for document-related requirements.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to legal and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and documentation roles.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
