Accounts Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of taxation, Tally, and Excel, with hands-on experience in GST and TDS filings.

Responsibilities:

Ensure statutory compliance – TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT Returns.

Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS/TCS returns.

Prepare Form 16A & 16 and handle TDS e-payments.

Check and audit all expenses before posting into books.

Coordinate with CA for internal/statutory audits and finalization of accounts.

Manage Cost Center-based MIS and maintain accounts in Tally.

Handle petty cash, bank reconciliation, and banking operations.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including provisions and vouchers.

Reconcile Debtors & Creditors accounts and process payments.

Prepare MIS reports and maintain systematic financial records.

Maintain Sales, Purchase, Receipt, and Payment entries in Tally.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, banks, and external partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
