Job Title: Accounts Assistant Reports to: Accounts Manager Location: Vile Parle Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Assistant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing various accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Perform daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations. - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Provide support to the Accounts Manager and other team members as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry / Other Industry - Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting requirements. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
