Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:

  • Assist in data entry for daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
  • Maintain and update ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Help in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records of staff attendance and leave.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for courier, maintenance, etc.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk queries.
