Key Responsibilities

• Execute business workloads across work order management, order processing, vendor payments, and support activities to ensure a positive guest shopping experience.
• Complete assigned processes accurately and on time, maintaining and updating process documentation to support measurement and effective team operations.
• Coordinate with Lead Specialists and Analysts to ensure task completion, timely escalation, and proactive risk identification to prevent business impact.
• Proactively communicate workload concerns, training needs, and business nuances to the team.
• Participate in business meetings and build subject matter expertise in the assigned business area.
• Manage medium-low complexity projects and meet established expectations.
• Partner with the Manager to drive continuous improvement through technology and new ideas that deliver significant financial or time impact.
• Apply analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills to analyze process data and provide business insights.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, work with global partners as needed, build strong relationships, and contribute as a team player.

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and/or Smartsheet.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read and analyze process data.
• Ability to manage global partner interactions as needed, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and follow-through.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and able to quickly adapt to new platforms and applications.
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively as one team.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
