This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards. The work model for the role is: Onsite. This role is contributing to the Finance Business Function. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Contributing to the definition, implementation, and improvement of accounting policies relevant to your area and level of expertise.
• Executing established accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ABB group policies and local instructions.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in accounting.
• Preparing & Reviewing Balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Should have working knowledge in Cadency (Trintech), Work Day, SAP, S4Hana.
• Performing Month-end activities such as Payroll accounting, Provisions, Accruals, Salary cost accounting and recording financial transactions.
• Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing.
• Handling Audit Quires.
• Recommend changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities. Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You have minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Payroll General Accounting.
• Should have working knowledge in Cadency (Trintech), Work Day, SAP, S4Hana
• Flexible to work in any shifts.
• Ready to accept New Challenges.
• Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
